Young Pets - Under 2 Years Old & Fixed: Kittens $200 & Puppies $300

Please keep in mind that these are STARTING prices and are subject to change based on individual animals needs and veterinary care provided. All pets are adopted out up to date on shots and prevention and fixed (spayed/neutered) when they are old enough. If you are under the age of 21 years old, you must have another adult above that age advocate for you to adopt and be part of the application process of adopting a pet from us. Please include their name and contact information here.

Who will be primarily responsible for taking care of the animal?

Tell us about all current pets in the home. Please include what type of animal, breed, how you got them, how they get along with other animals, what their personality is like, and anything else you think we should know about them.

Feel free to include personality traits, training level, medical needs, etc. This information can help us make sure a pet is the purr-fect fit!

If you have pets, are they spayed or neutered?

If there is a reason that your pet is not be spayed/neutered, please indicate that here.

If you have pets, are they on heartworm and flea prevention? If so, what are they taking and how often?

Describe where the animal will live. Will they be crated? Where will they sleep? Will they be kept inside, outside, or a mix of both? If the pet is a dog and is kept inside primarily, how often do you plan to let them outside and for how long?

If adopting a dog, where will the dog sleep at night? How long will the dog be left alone every day? Where will the dog be when alone?

If you are adopting a dog, do you have a fenced in yard? If so, what type and how tall?

Fences are not required but if you do not have a fence, please indicate how you plan to provide regular walks and exercise to the dog.

If you had to rehome a pet, please be honest. We understand that even though pets are a lifelong commitment, sometimes things you cannot control happen, we are open to discussing it with you.

We do not discriminate against renters, we only ask of this information to confirm your housing situation for the pet you'd like to adopt.

This information is REQUIRED and we will need to contact your rental agency to confirm your rental agreement. This is to protect you and the pet by ensuring you or the pet are not put in a difficult homing situation.

Do you have any allergies to animals? If yes, please describe them and how you would manage them.

Have you ever had to give an animal away? If so, why and to whom?

Are you prepared to make a financial and emotional commitment to love and care for this animal for the rest of its life however long that may be and however aggravating the animal may be at times?

Would you consider professional dog training and/or a veterinary behaviorist (for cats or dogs) if challenges arise?

Are you willing to complete a phone screening and home visit to guarantee the pet will be the perfect fit for you, your home and your family?

What is your emergency plan in the instance that you are no longer able to care for the pet?
